If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. \- Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. \- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. \- 2nd level fireplace is not working currently. \- No Live TV, only apps guests will have to sign into to stream TV. \- No elevator access. \- The boardwalk dock behind the home is not available for guest use. Parking Details: The garage accommodates 2 cars. The driveway accommodates 4 cars. Parking is not permitted on any street, shoulder, or landscaped area. Violators will be towed. The teenagers loved the game room and hot tub. The view was wonderful. The house was a SHORT walk to the beach. We enjoyed the marsh view and all the birds. Every morning and evening we watched the sun rise and set. The sun set in front of the house on the road along the bridge. We cooked one evening and we had plenty of cookware and dishes. Four of the bedrooms had new updated bathrooms. Everyone said the beds were comfy. Of course we love Hilton Head because of the bike paths, pickle ball, and great food. ##### Anthony B. A second fridge would be helpful and more cooking utensils. Property is very bright. If traveling with children, bring blackout shades! Wonderful views and quiet neighborhood. Lots of bike trails.
