If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. \- Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. \- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. \- 2nd level fireplace is not working currently. \- No Live TV, only apps guests will have to sign into to stream TV. \- No elevator access. \- The boardwalk dock behind the home is not available for guest use. Parking Details: The garage accommodates 2 cars. The driveway accommodates 4 cars. Parking is not permitted on any street, shoulder, or landscaped area. Violators will be towed. No RVs, boats, golf carts, or vehicles larger than a standard pickup truck or van are allowed to park on any residential lot or dwelling except in an enclosed garage. ​​​​​​​This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. The teenagers loved the game room and hot tub. The view was wonderful. The house was a SHORT walk to the beach. We enjoyed the marsh view and all the birds. Every morning and evening we watched the sun rise and set. The sun set in front of the house on the road along the bridge. We cooked one evening and we had plenty of cookware and dishes. Four of the bedrooms had new updated bathrooms. Everyone said the beds were comfy. Of course we love Hilton Head because of the bike paths, pickle ball, and great food. ##### Anthony B. A second fridge would be helpful and more cooking utensils. Property is very bright. If traveling with children, bring blackout shades! Wonderful views and quiet neighborhood. Lots of bike trails.
