The villa sleeps 5 comfortably; master bedroom has a queen bed, and twin over full bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom. Room for air mattress; Linens are provided. New flooring in bedrooms and living room. Kitchen is very well equipped with new appliances and granite counter tops. Roku TV in living room and 2nd bedroom that you can stream your favorite streaming service (Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Apple TV, Disney +). Outside balcony overlooks lagoon. There is a coin operated laundry room in the building. The resort amenities include 2 outdoor pools, one heated indoor pool, kiddy pool, indoor track, exercise room, sauna, hot tub, six tennis courts, picnic area with grills, and WIFI . Visit the Island Grill and Deli located at the main pool for bike rentals, breakfast, lunch and groceries. The private beach is a short walk away or ride the free beach shuttle! No roads to cross to the private beach! The resort is gated and has 24/7 security. The Robert Trent Jones golf courses are right next door and the resort is convenient to all Hilton Head has to offer. Breeze Trolley stops at resort entrance. There is a minimum of a 2 night stay during peak season, April thru September. Please email owner for discounted price for stays Oct - February. The shuttle was not running when we went to the beach and it is a good walk there so we ended up going to a public beach that was so much easier. No need to worry, the activities in this building #3 kept us well occupied. The Kroger grocery store across the street has everything you might need! And I love that this location allows grocery deliveries to the door. Affordable food at both the resort’s Beach Bear restaurant at the party pool as well as fantastic 10 burger beachside at Cocos. The condo was spacious and having an outside balcony was awesome. We have stayed at this resort before. The amenities are top notch! The only drawback is the walk to the beach, but they do have a shuttle that will take you back and forth. This drawback isn't enough to keep us away! Unless you have health issues, I say enjoy the walk or ride! Host was easy to communicate with and everything was as it should have been. ##### Amanda D. This was our second time at Hilton Head Resort and we enjoyed our stay with family. There is a lot to do at resort…pools, tennis, pickleball, bike rentals, beach, etc. and they have updated the bbq grills since our last visit. The bed in the main unit was very comfortable. Be sure to bring what you need for beach and pool, there are no hangers in the closet so bring some of those as well. The courts at the resort are a little beat up, especially the court near the resort entrance for pickleball so hopefully they make some repairs soon. Overall good value compared to other locations and area not as busy as some others on the island. We love the location, close to grocery stores, bike trails, restaurants, etc. ##### dan h. Wish there were beach chairs to use, only thing we found at our condo was one lounge type chair. The condo was excellently located & had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Séjour de 11 nuits en mars 2024 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Christian A. 22 août 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Reached expectation 4th stay in HH for us, overall prices insane everywhere, that resort stays in a “decent” range. Inside pool and spa convenient for rainy times, safe environment. Despite all the signs we didn’t let a bottle of wine, but being French we invite the owner to come to France and we’ll share different quality of that liquid.
