Ocean View Couple’s Retreat Beautifully designed beach villa with a new king bed (2025) and stunning ocean views—just steps from the sand! This custom-decorated retreat features a gorgeous kitchen, full standing tile shower, and open-concept layout, perfect for couples. Located in the oceanfront Seaside complex, it’s within walking distance to the Tiki Hut, Coligny Plaza, dining, and entertainment, yet never feels overcrowded. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. Direct beach access on the property. As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002\. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel. Seaside is a gated, ocean front complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, walking distance to restaurants, shops and entertainment. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. The place has been renovated and is clean-great. The fridge is old and needs maintenance and defrosted. The single unit A/C like a hotel room, was very noisy, but kept the whole place cool with the help of the ceiling fans. Had all the extras like coffee/filters, dish towels, toilet paper, etc. for which we were grateful. Too expensive for size. ##### Sharon R.
