Totally upset and think host2coast should observe things and get the owner to invest or at least warn us of its condition. The location was great and the communication we had with the owner was stellar. The only issue was the cleanliness of some parts of the unit when we first arrived. The washer and dryer were very dirty on the inside. The washer had sand, cardboard pieces, and loose change at the bottom. The lint filter of the dryer looked as if it were never emptied before. There was a dirty diaper and trash in the bathroom second bathroom which was appalling when first entering the unit. The cleaning crew could pay a bit more attention while cleaning in between rentals. While minor, those still were a bit bothersome to us to have to clean upon arrival. The location was fantastic—right across from the pool and a short bike ride down a paved bike path to the Shipyard beach access. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for a week of meals on the days we didn’t want to go out. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed 292 Evian. It was in a great location very close to the beach, short bike ride, walking distance to pool and tennis courts. Everything we needed was at the property for us and we were able to go pretty much carless for our entire stay because so many restaurants and activities were close. The layout was amazing and all the furnishings and appliances were well maintained. Check in and check out were a breeze. ##### Tina M.
