We love the location, the neighborhood is quiet and the playground and pool are perfect for small kids. We always rent bikes to get to and from the Beach Club, and love the “cut through” to get over to Harbourtown for ice cream and the big playground there. Home is meticulously clean, kitchen very well stocked for meals at home, and beds are very comfortable. Hosts also provide lots of bath towels which is helpful for our big family. The welcome bag was a nice unexpected touch and access to nice beach towels, chairs, and toys was so convenient. We rented bikes that were waiting for us in the driveway upon arrival and we loved the location of this house- we biked everywhere! To the beach, playground/pool/pickleball courts, dinner, coffee, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill worked well. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again. ##### Michelle S. The house was well maintained and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location in Sea Pines is great and we loved the ability to bike around the area. It was about a 7 minute bike ride to the beach which was an enjoyable bike ride for us and our two kids (13 & 16 years old). The pool area in this community was a nice bonus that also includes a basketball hoop, playground, and tennis court. We would definitely stay here again! ##### Andrea D.
