The indoor pool and fitness center will remain open. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 4. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Upon our arrival there was an issue with cleanliness that was due to a refrigerator repair needing done so we cannot blame them, but we were a bit frustrated with having to clean while we were trying to get settled and relax. The management company said they would reimburse us our cleaning fee, but we did not receive the refund. Our other issue was the lock being broke on the gate to the beach. It seemed that a crowd would form at the pool each night and drink and yell until the early hours of the morning. We called security on night two and then night three, but the group caught on and would wait and come in even later the next night. We gave up, but hoped security would pass through knowing it was an issue. We cannot blame the owner of this condo. It is lovely and in a great location with a beautiful view. ##### Audrey O.
