Welcome to Your Coastal Retreat! This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa is just steps away from the beach, offering the perfect spot for your next vacation. Designed for comfort, this unit features a Queen bed in the master bedroom, flat-screen TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, and a second bedroom with two twin beds. This cozy space accommodates up to six guests without feeling cramped. You'll appreciate the beautiful full sized kitchen, along with laminate hardwood and tile flooring in the living areas. It’s an ideal getaway for beach lovers!  
  
Indulge in Your Own Slice of Paradise! Feel the sand between your toes as this villa is just a short stroll from the shore. Enjoy calming ocean views from your private deck, and take advantage of the nearby Admiral Row Pool, located just across the way. The resort also boasts the largest beach pool on Hilton Head, perfect for family fun during the summer months.  
  
Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort is one of the premier vacation spots on Hilton Head Island, featuring on-site dining, a beach bar, a large oceanfront pool, and a variety of sports facilities including tennis and pickleball courts. Hilton Head Island has 100+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island. There is the Breeze bus for public transportation and shopping and restaurants are an easy drive with plenty of public parking on the island. During the Summer there is a free island trolly. Trolly stop is in front of the resort.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
  
Plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans are provided during your stay. Please note that chopsticks and cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper aren’t included in the reservation.

#### Great beach access to beach, convenient amenities

We rented this due to location to beach which was super awesome. Loved that we could go back and forth so easily. Beds were great to sleep in, which is super important to us. We liked the beach decor and larger than average balcony. Kitchen had all of the important stuff, but plan to purchase pantry essentials such as oil, salt and pepper, dish soap . No ice maker so add bag of ice to grocery list. Location within building is a bit loud due to proximity to stairwell. Just a general poor design by original builder. Bring white noise and you’ll be fine. Cleanliness could have been better. Seems like the place could use an all over deep clean including balcony. (I informed management of missed spots but we kept finding more)
