The primary bedroom offers a restful sanctuary, while the common area provides clever sleeping solutions with both a pull-out sofa and built-in junior bunk beds, making it ideal for families. The kitchen is stocked with essential cookware for preparing meals at home, which can be enjoyed at the dining table or outside on the balcony. The true highlight is the private balcony, positioned to provide front-row seats to the famous South Carolina sunrises and the rhythmic sounds of the tide. Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers 2 swimming pools, including the largest beachfront pool on Hilton Head. There are 8 tennis courts and 4 Pickleball Courts for guest enjoyment. The resort has a playground, basketball courts, picnic areas with charcoal grills, and bike rentals for family fun!! There are 2 restaurants on site for close by dining or beachside eating. Golf is close by at Port Royal Resort or Palmetto Dunes Resort. Hilton Head has over 50 miles of bike and walking trails. Make your vacation at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort one you will want to return to year after year. Guests have full access to 2 pools in the resort, tennis courts and pickle ball courts. There is a playground, basketball court, volley ball on the beach and bike rentals at the resort, Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is located directly on the beach and close to shopping, golf, tennis and bike riding. The condo was comfortable and had all the things I needed to stay for a week for a work sabbatical. The best part was the location and view from the balcony. I spent a lot of time on the balcony, and it was only a short walk to beach. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom just as nice. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essential cookware, utensils, plates, and glasses. Note: there was only salt and pepper (no other spices, oils, condiments but that is often the case). Management was quick to respond when the stopper in the sink got stuck. Check-in was easy. Communication with the management was quick. The condo is an older property, but they have done their best to maximize the space and update with necessary amenities. This villa is on admirals row with a beautiful view of the ocean, short walk down to the beach. It was tastefully decorated and clean. The only cons: it doesn't have a dishwasher, the bathroom door opens inward towards the sink (poor design), and one of the two beach chairs was defective. We went out and bought two new beach chairs for our stay, which is something we've never had to do when we rented other villas at the same resort. It was a bit of an inconvenience. ##### Jane J. The location couldn't have been better. An extremely short walk to the beach, and a gorgeous beach view from the balcony. I was also happy that we were so close to all of the areas of Hilton Head we wanted to visit, and having a kitchenette and fridge was also helpful especially in the morning. The drawback we had was, because our girls are older, only having one bathroom at times became an issue, and the bunk beds, while fun, turned out to be a little tight for our eldest. Also when coming back in the evening, finding a close parking spot was sometimes problematic. Otherwise, I would recommend staying here. The stay was very clean and the owner was very responsive to questions. Overall we had a wonderful trip. ##### Eric F. Perfect size for a couple. The veiw is stunning and access to the beach very easy to get to. Bed was super comfy and good size for adults. The host was available and very easy to communicate with. Direct unobstructed views of the ocean. Very nice,clean and well appointed unit. It’s a compact cozy unit so may be a snug fit for a family of 4 but could easily be done. The property managers were attentive and checked in to make sure things were going well. Will easily search this unit out for availability the next time I am in Hilton Head Island ##### Chris T. The room has a lovely view of the ocean and the sights are beautiful! The beach access is very close, and there are also are also multiple pools in close proximity. We are a family of four with two extremely active boys! The complex provided many amenities to keep them busy yet relax at the same time! The condo had the most stunning sunrises to enjoy!
