Our FAQ: HOW FAR TO BEACH: Bike in 7-8 minutes, or drive to the exclusive Beach Trolley shuttle to the Sea Pies Beach Club. BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at intersection of Greenwood and Willow Oak-- about 3 minutes by car from 8 Heritage Road. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB. PETS: Select, hypo-allergenic breed now welcome. Please inquire for specifics and tell us about your pup. POOL: Heatable with electricity (cost effective, but ineffective in coldest months of the year). Charge for electric pool heat is $150.00 for the first day and $50.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable. PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire. CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended. We brought in the New Year in the gorgeous home and it was perfect!! The home was spotless, we didn’t want or need for anything! Every necessity was already there, we just needed to buy food and drinks. And the location is awesome! Not far from the grocery stores, restaurants, the beach, etc. We will be staying here again! My only concern was the garbage outside. When we were leaving and disposing our trash, we saw that the garbage bin was overstuffed and it made it impossible to throw out trash away. Not sure how often trash is picked up but that wasn’t a good look because I started thinking about rodents. Hopefully next time, the trash will be removed. Otherwise, beautiful home with a pool in a beautiful neighborhood. It reminded us of being at our house and we were very comfortable. ##### Donna T.
