As you walk into the home, you will step into the bright and inviting foyer area where you are greeted by the formal dining room on your right and the spacious living room just ahead of you that overlooks the back deck, the salt water pool (can be heated at an additional cost) and the spacious backyard. The living room features a large sectional sofa, a table and chairs for playing games, a pub-height bar area, a decorative-only fireplace, and a 46-inch flat screen TV. The large, fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing daily meals and is located just off the living room. The eat-in kitchen has a breakfast table with seating for six and a breakfast bar with four bar-height stools for extra seating. There is access off the kitchen and living areas to get to the back deck, the pool area, and the backyard. There is also a powder room off of this area and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The large primary bedroom features a king sized bed, 46-inch flat screen TV, private access to the pool area, and a large, private bathroom with double vanities, a glass-enclosed walk-in shower and separate tub. The two guest bedrooms on the first level share a bathroom that has a glass-enclosed tub-shower combo. The first of the guest bedrooms has two twin beds and a 32-inch flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and a 32-inch flat screen TV. The second guest king bedroom is just a few steps up from the first level on the right side of the house, with a 46-inch flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a stand-up shower. There is also a twin sleeper sofa in this room. Enjoy the large back deck that leads down six steps on either side of the deck to the pool deck and lush backyard with a private saltwater pool (pool heat additional cost) and a three-burner gas grill. About a five minute walk from the beach. Quiet area with a nice pool and plenty of room inside. The kitchen is a little dated, the dishwasher door was broken and we had to hold it up with our feet as we loaded or unloaded the dishwasher so that the bottom rack would not fall out onto the floor. But the kitchen had everything we needed for making meals for 8 people each night. The bathroom and beach towels provided were great and soaps and shampoos provided were plentiful. We also used the 10% discount on rentals for renting bikes for the week and it was worth it. We had some communication issues to start: I was not given the code to enter the house as stated, so I had to call the office. When we got to the island, we drove directly to the office to pick up passes as we were directed to do. When we got there, we were told the passes were at Palmetto Dunes gate house and the house was ready early. When we got to the gate house, we were told they did not have our passes. Once that was sorted, we drove to the house, and the cleaning crew was still there (so it was not ready early as stated). Once we got in, everything was great and communication with property manager was fine from there. Just a rocky start. Would not stop us from staying in 7 Full Sweep again. We traveled with a party of 8, and everyone had their own space. The pool was perfect for all levels of swimming ability. Big enough for several pool floats, and lounging in the sun. This house had something for every one in our party, short walk to the beach, a grill for making burgers and steaks, a pool to beat the heat, a lagoon to fish and enjoy the wild life, and when it rained, large smart TVs to watch movies. Located in the middle of the island, it was a short drive or bike ride to all kinds of shops and restaurants. We all enjoyed our time here, and look forward to returning on vacation in the future. ##### Annie S. You have to pass through a gate for entrance and at night, 2 gates. It’s great for a morning walk or bike ride. Pool was clean and plenty of deck lunge chairs. The house was well stocked with every piece of cookware and appliances needed. I wish we had known all that it offered. Bedrooms were large and clean.
