This single level home is very spacious with two living areas and a beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and updated, cabinets. There is an easy flow from the kitchen to the dining area and the two living rooms. As you walk up to the home, the inviting, private pool is at the front of the house. Upon entering the front door there is a casual living room on the left side with a large, sectional sofa. To the right of the front door is another living room, the dining room and kitchen. Two small decks can be found off of this area where you can relax after a day at the beach. The dining area has a huge wooden table with enough seating for 12 - 14\. Guests will enjoy the large, open kitchen with tons of counter top space. This open living and dining area has beautiful vaulted ceilings with wood beams. The living room also features a 50 inch flat panel TV as well as a sleeper sofa for additional guests. Off of the living area is a bedroom with a king size bed and a trundle bed with 2 twins. It has a private bath with double sinks, a separate shower and large whirlpool tub. This bedroom also has access to the front pool area. On the other side of the house, past the second living room, are the three other bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king size bed, a trundle bed with 2 twins and a French door leading to a small deck. It also has a private bath with a shower. The second bedroom also has a king size bed with a private bath with separate shower. The third bedroom has a king size bed with a door to a small deck. It has a private bath with the standard tub/shower combination. Additionally, there is a half bath off of the living area. This charming 5th row ocean home is a mere 2 or 3 minute walk to the beach. This house exceeded all of our expectations! We had an amazing trip. The house was more than equipped with everything you would need and more. All of the bedrooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. All the bathrooms were spacious, clean, and provided more than enough clean towels. Our favorite aspects of the house was the location and the spacious living room/kitchen area. Highly recommend this house for you and your family next trip. Spacious house with plenty of gathering space and lots of quiet bedrooms. Great location! Only a few minutes walk to the beach and an easy 15 min stroll to Salty Dog Cafe and South Beach bike rentals. Very well appointed… lots of kitchen supplies, plenty of toiletries, even an abundance of beach chairs we could use. Loved the location, layout and setup of the place. Wonderful "HOME" not just a place to stay but a true home away from home. Exceptionally equipped. Bedrooms and living spaces were comfortable and the large kitchen and dining table was so nice for our "each take a night" to cook dinner then sit around to play games. Daytime or evening strolls to the beach were quick and easy. This was a huge plus. Biking to South Beach is always fun. Host is quick to return inquiries. I cannot envision a more beautiful setting than 2 Cedar Wax Wing. The four suites were ideal for our family and allowed private time. The two large living areas encouraged conversations. The kitchen was well-equipped and this supported holiday food preparation. A huge dining room table was excellent for dining and also provided a good place for sharing memories. All of us enjoyed the brief walk to the beach, especially after over-indulging on holiday food!Our hope in renting the facility was to create family memories and to honor my dear wife. Kitchen was large and fully equipped. Each bedroom was nicely laid out for privacy and there were plenty of beautifully presented towels for each bathroom. Bathrooms had everything you needed including toothpaste, TP, soap and tissues. House was extremely clean. This house was such a blessing to us. It was peaceful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. When I watched extended family gathered around that amazing, large dining room table- telling stories and laughing- I knew this house was special. I was genuinely amazed at how well appointed the kitchen is. The rooms all having their own bathrooms was incredibly helpful to get so many people ready to attend events. This year, we spent three weeks here--first two weeks with just the two of us and then the final week with family, including two kiddos 5 and 2 years old. You won't find a better location. It is an easy, two minute walk to the beach--a 5 minute bike ride to the Salty Dog and a 20 minute bike ride to Harbor Town. The house is comfortable and spacious--providing options for the kids to play or hang out in different areas. The kitchen is well appointed. The kids absolutely loved the (heated) pool--and in fact, named this as their favorite part of vacation. The garage is filled with LOTS of beach and pool toys--a nice and unexpected bonus. Wagons came in handy. Kitchen well stocked. Home was mostly clean, there several areas with thick dust cleaners missed. 4 1/2 bathrooms was a great plus. All mattress very firm, took me a few days to get use to. My issue is with a rental in this price range , it should be better taken care of. Needs painted inside an out, repair if somethings such as kitchen sink faucet was lose, mirror in bathroom needs to be replaced. Yard needs work as well. Too much furniture in master. We did heat the pool, which was worth it . Children and teenagers probably wouldn’t care. Owner of the home responds quickly when called. ##### Irene A.
