As stated in previous reviews the icemaker does not work but we bought ice just in case. I reported the issue and they sent someone out but it still wasn’t working when we left. We also saw a few roaches which can be expected in the south but unsettling when you see them in the silverware drawer. The night before we left we noticed the AC wasn’t keeping the condo as cool as what we had it set on. We turned it down to 69 but it stayed mainly around 74/75\. Thank heavens there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms! We reported it to the manager when we checked out. I hope the issue is resolved before the really hot months arrive. Overall, we had a great time and would not hesitate to stay in the same condo again!! ##### Gail S. We understand units are being flipped quickly between renters, but more attention to detail would make all the difference. All air vent covers could use cleaning/replacing. It's a great location, love the higher floor because you can sit outside and have unobstructed views of the beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything we would need, there wasn't a utensil that we were missing. My husband was happy to see the Keurig. The bathrooms are small and cramped so be ready for that. My kids thought the second bedroom bed was too small for them so my son slept on the couch, said it was comfy enough. Suggestion to the owner: add some wooden multi- hook strips to a few of the blank wall spaces so folks can have a place to hang towels up after a day at the beach! So many rental units just don't have enough places to hang damp towels! Overall, we love Shorewood as a vacation spot and wil always look here when we come to HHI. Location can't be beat, the private beach access is perfect and the pool is great. Walking distance to everything at Coligny is a great perk. Two thumbs up! ##### Lisa R.
