5 Urchin Manor can accommodate up to 21 guests with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and 2 half baths. This home is the perfect place for multiple families to get together for a vacation or for a family reunion to the beach!

The main floor living room is bright, open and spacious. With a large L-Shaped couch and other comfy chairs, there’s tons of space for all guests to enjoy. The combination of tans and grey with a pop of coral and teal in the pillows, makes for a fun and classy decorated home. Just behind the living area is the kitchen with a breakfast bar, granite countertops, and tons of storage and cooking space. The updated kitchen has beautiful new stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for the large number of guests the home can accommodate. There is a dining area with seating for 10 off of the kitchen and just beyond that is a screened patio with a dining table with room for 6 to eat out in the sea breeze. There is a walk-in laundry room that leads to the first floor half bath.

On the main level of the home, there is a guest bedroom with two queen beds with fun beach style. With large sweeping windows there’s plenty of sunlight. This room has a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

On the second level of the home, there are 3 bedrooms. One is a king bedroom decorated with neutral tones and complete with a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Another is a guest bedroom with two queen beds and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo as well. Lastly, there is a master suite with a king bed, a sitting area, and a master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower.

On the top floor, there is another living area, with sleeper sofa, perfect for the kids to get away and feel like they have their own space but without being too far out of sight. With a L-shaped couch and more chairs, all of the kids could bundle up for a movie night or game night after spending the day in the sun. To the side is a dining table, which could be used for snacks or even to start a puzzle on! There’s a balcony off of the dining table area with chairs to sit and enjoy the ocean breeze. Lastly, there is a second kitchenette on this upper level with a half bath, making the top floor almost like an entire separate home if needed!

The top floor has a master suite bedroom with a king bed, sitting area, and a private balcony. There is a private master bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. The final bedroom is a kids room/family suite on the third floor with a queen bed, two twins, and a bunk bed, so everyone can bunk up together and tell stories from their day as they fall asleep and have access to the TV game room - just across the hall. With fun beach tones, the room is a great spot so that the kids can do their own thing in the comfort of the home! Attached is a guest bathroom with three separate sinks and a walk-in shower.

The pool deck is huge with a large pool and waterfall. With plenty of seating, guests can soak up the sun together on lounge chairs!

This home is located at the end of Bradley Beach, a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of the south end of the island but still close to shopping, dining, nightlife, entertainment and an array of outdoor activities. Community tennis courts, basketball court, recreation fields, bike paths and playgrounds are all within walking distance of the homes.

The elevator goes from the ground level to the top floor. In the garage you will find a ping-pong table and an extra refrigerator.

We cannot think of a better place for you and your family and friends to spend a vacation on Hilton Head Island!

Urchin stay

We had to drive in a natural hurricane to come they wouldn’t reschedule or refund so we come in Hurricane Helene upon arrival the 3rd floor ac was out the refrigerator was out only to find out drive would cut off when reaching preheat completion dishwasher wouldn’t work they gave us a small refund the family was kicked out of the pool on Friday at 1149am the pool people came to shock it advised to stay out 2 hours meanwhile we had to clean tree debris from pool upon our arrival

Great Christmas in Hilton Head

Our family of 11 spent a wonderful Christmas here! The house was beautiful and plenty big for everyone. It is a very short walk to beach and close to bike paths. We would definitely stay here again!

Closer to the Beach than Expected

This property is only a few minutes walk from the beach and has a lovely pool and hot tub. A wonderful water experience was had by all. We were able to make a great meal in the kitchen and using the grill and were only minutes away from excellent restaurants when we did not want to cook.

Great house!

This house met and exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious, had nice outdoor space, and was a very short and easy walk to the beach! The pool and hot tub were wonderful. We paid extra for the pool to be heated and it was perfect for the kids.

This house is in great shape and has lots of amenities to keep everyone happy. The third-floor game room is great. The kitchen is well-supplied and there's plenty of room for 20 people to eat together. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

Excellent location with easy less then 5 minute walk to beach

House accommodated 3 families with great comfort. Kitchen large enough for many to participate in making meals, full bath in every bedroom was so appreciated, pool kept clean, but the great access to the beach was key to an amazing stay.

Love Hilton Head Island

For 15 years now, my family has booked a beach vacation by going thru VBRO, and or a the Property Management Company. We have always taken great care with our rentals. This year we ran into a problems we had not before. Refrigerator did not get colder than 50 degrees and freezer would not make ice or keep it from melting if you purchases it. Microwave was arking and smoking from the deteriorated paint in it. Low water pressure, so low that dishwasher can not even run. For the $$$ spent on these beautiful properties, if an owner does not turn his or her profits around and reinvest in the maintenance and upkeep of the property, things like the refrigerator and microwaves and dishwashers will break down. And we found that in the case of appliances, the Management Company and or VBRO can not help you. Its up to the owner to replace the appliances. When a vacation is only a week long, without a working Refrigerator and Freezer, and Microwave, no water pressure, so dishwasher would not properly work, we truly walked away thinking money would have been better spent in a hotel. With that being said, we made the most of it and the Management Company continued to try to make it right for us even after we checked out. So that's a plus.
