This Sea Pines private oasis meets every need for your vacation with family or friends. One of the largest private pools in Sea Pines looks out over the serene tidal marsh and the beach is 0.4 mile away. Pool heater is available in cooler months.

The 5 bedroom home welcomes up to 12 guests with a less than 5 minute bike ride or 8 minute walk to an uncrowded beach. On the main level you will find multiple large living spaces.

The entryway leads you to the first living room with comfortable seating and a 65" TV. From here you can view the large bright dining area. The kitchen is a chef's dream with gas range, granite counter tops, large island with seating for 4, convection oven, warming drawer, stainless refrigerator and bonus standalone freezer that helps minimize trips to the grocery. The kitchen leads to another living/game area with huge sectional, large tv, game/dining table for four. The dining room holds a large table with seating for 8 or add chairs for extra seating.
You can enjoy your coffee or evening cocktails on the screened porch with comfortable lounging and high top dining table. The large back deck is the perfect place to soak in the sun and prepare dinner on the gas grill. (Also, keep an eye out for deer who usually make an appearance each evening.). The expansive pool deck includes multiple loungers, dining table and umbrella. It includes one of the larger private pools in the area.

Downstairs you will also find a beautifully decorated King suite bedroom and bathroom.

Upstairs are the additional 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and laundry room.

1 King - The private King suite includes large seating area including two comfortable club chairs and separate desk area. The ensuite bathroom includes double vanities, walk-in dual head shower and multiple closets for storage.

The home is also near a communal playground. Beach chairs, beach towels, pool floats and board games are provided.

Parking is available for up to five cars in the driveway.

Gate/vehicle passes are required to gain access to Sea Pines and are available for purchase upon arrival at the security gate for $10 for a daily pass or $30 for a weekly pass per vehicle.

Three generations came together and celebrated a wonderful Thanksgiving week together. The heated pool was amazing, and the perfect backdrop for very special memories. The house has been recently redecorated—everything looks fresh and clean. Important to us, all bed were comfy, so everyone slept well. The pool area is fantastic! The pool is larger than many HH private pools, the backyard is private, feels enormous, and has a great view. The owner provided pool toys, beach towels, and backpack beach chairs, which all were happily used during our stay.

We had a great time! The house has plenty of space, well stocked kitchen, nice pool area and good location! Beds were very comfortable!! My only suggestion is to add table lamps to the living areas and the bedrooms that don’t already have lamps. Relying on bright overhead lights all week gets to be too much, from someone who likes softer lights at night. Overall, great house and stay in Sea Pines!

This is our 4th visit to the Crow's Nest. Obviously, we love it. This wonderful home gets better with each visit. The location is perfect. Short walk to the beach and quick access to other venues. The house is lovely, fresh, and includes a fully equipped kitchen (with modern appliances) and many other amenities. The outdoor space includes a pool, large deck and porch for enjoying the serene landscape. Deborah, the property manager, was very accessible and responsive to questions. Highly recommend!!

Perfect for our family. Grandparents, and our 2 daughters and their young children. We were able to spend out in all the indoor and outdoor spaces. House was so clean. Loved having 2 refrigerators and commercial washing machine. The pool was so nice and clean and the pool deck and seating much larger than expected. We had a big storm and the pool was promptly cleaned of all debris. Deborah the property manager was so helpful and available. We had a great time! Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Our family of eleven (two adult kids , their two spouses, five grandkids aged 13 years to 15 months and us) came to the Crow's nest with high hopes and weren't disappointed. It was clean, spacious, well appointed with comfortable furnishings and very conveniently located in a first class neighborhood. The pool was the focal point of much of our activity and we had a great time. We also hiked and biked extensively around Sea Pines including to the nearby sandy beaches, restaurants and playgrounds. The feedback from our crew (including our 13 year old grandson) was universally positive. The owners and the property manager were responsive and highly accommodative. We loved everything about our stay and hope to revisit.

Very nice property. Clean with well stocked kitchen. It was nice to have an extra "living room" as we had a range of ages. Thank you for soap, shampoo, kitchen soaps, paper towels and TP to get started. Would prefer an earlier check in than 4pm. We lost a day in the pool as the pool was "shocked" at 11am (3 hour wait). Would prefer an earlier time to shock the pool as we had small children and weren't comfortable witht the 3 hours wait tiem. In a perfect world this house would have an outside shower and some kind of a "wagon" to transport chairs to the beach (no beach parking). The property manager was very responsive. Overall a great place for a summer vacation.

Everything about our stay here exceeded our expectations! The Home: Pristine, clean condition inside and out! The home comes equipped with all vacation amenities and more; from the outdoor (heated!) pool, sizable smart TVs + streaming services and cable, and a straight gas line grill outside for endless grilling. The transition from how we live our lives at home to this vacation getaway from was seamless. Location: Sea Pines is a peaceful community, central to most all activities. Made it super easy to find restaurants, enjoy the beach, or enjoy a quiet bike ride to explore. They have really good restaurants located in Sea Pines as well! Experience Working with Homeowner / Property Manager: Delightful end-to-end! April was so accommodating, extremely quick to respond to emails, and very helpful in sharing tips and recommendations around the area. Made the process of booking, checking in/out and enjoying our stay easy and effortless. 10/10 recommend April and her family's beautiful home!

Every year our family (three adults and two teenagers from VA and two adults and 10-year-old twins from South Florida) pick somewhere new to meet for family vacation. This year we picked HHI and from the moment we booked, we were met with first class service. The owners sent lots of information well in advance so we could make restaurant reservations and book bikes for the family to explore the island, learn their check-in process and what would be asked of us as guests. The house was immaculate, the house manager called to make sure that we were enjoying our stay and we were able to spend quality family time in a beautiful setting, with everything that we could ever ask for at our fingertips. We do many short term rentals throughout the year, all up and down the east coast, but I have to say this was one of the best experiences that we have ever had. Thank you so much to April and Brian for sharing The Crow's Nest with our family, and thank you Deborah for making sure that we had everything that we needed to make this a memorable vacation!

We just returned from our stay at the Crows Nest and our boys (ages 11, 8, and 6) are already asking when we can go back! The layout of the home was the perfect setup for a week's stay with my parents (in their 70s), my sister and her family (2 year and 3 month old) and my family. Enough living spaces for separate activities, for example the card table to work on a 500 piece puzzle and area for kids to watch movies, another living area for my parents to quietly read the newspaper in the mornings over coffee, and covered patio to listen to the rain while rocking a little one. We enjoyed the kitchen eat-in area to make the little people pancakes, and big dining room table for evening meals.The gas grill was fantastic and received high marks from those in charge of grilling each night. The location of the Crows Nest was just perfect. Great idea for anyone visiting to rent bikes for the week and one bike with detachable equipment cart. Super convenient to bike to the beach (5 min tops), also Harbour Town and Salty Dog from the Crows Nest! We rented 2 beach chairs and an umbrella fo the week and between this and all the gear already at the Crows Nest, we had plenty of items for our pool and beach needs. We all agreed the pool is the best we've had while renting homes in Sea Pines. Deborah the house manager is super responsive and attentive to guests' needs. April the house owner is also very responsive and I enjoyed our email exchanges. We made wonderful memories!
