This fabulous Hilton Head home is located on the fourth row directly across from the beach path. Several updates were completed in 2023 including designer-decorated furnishings and fully renovated bathrooms. You will feel like you have a private beach to enjoy, even in the middle of the summer crowd! Enjoy beautiful views of the 11 mile lagoon and a private pool surrounded by tropical palms and shaded pine trees. This lovely home features four bedrooms with four adjoining newly updated bathrooms. All-new bedding has been added throughout to further increase our guests' comfort! The living room includes hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, skylights and plantation shutters. Off the living room is a den with plantation shutters queen sleeper sofa, and a flat screen TV. The dining room has seating for eight. The large private deck has a Weber gas grill, as well as a tables with seating for 10\. The pool can be heated (June 1 - October 1) for an additional fee. \*\*\*BEACH RENOURISHMENT PROJECT\*\*\* Mid-November 2025 to Mid-March 2026 (Dates are subject to change) This project, undertaken by Hilton Head Island/Beaufort County, is vital for protecting the shoreline, maintaining a wide and beautiful beach for everyone to enjoy, and ensuring the long-term health of the coastal ecosystem. I have pictures of the absolute filth in this house. This was not the property we rented and the house was not cleaned nor was the property maintained. The air conditioning broke during our stay. The pool was filthy on top of the plaster wearing away to the point of almost being plain gray concrete. Palmetto Dunes contacted us 3 hours from SC to inform us we have been upgraded because the house we originally rented was having driveway work. Meanwhile we booked in May of 2021 our stay was October 1\. Needless to say this was not an upgrade it was a downgrade and miserable. I will be posting all my pictures of the filth of this property. We think he was looking for a handout, but we abided by the law and did NOT feed him. It was really cool to see him on several days while fishing from the dock. Jun 3, 2019 Liked: Location #### Nice location - not well maintained The property is in a great location and was spacious enough for our entire family. I would give the cleaning crew a 3.5 or 4 out of 5 as floors were not properly swept and showers were not very clean. I would give the owner and the property management company a 2 out of 5 as the home was not at all well maintained. For example, the shower handles were broken in 2 of the showers, there were dents and holes in walls and doors that could easily have been repaired. Several tiles on the pool walls were broken allowing mold and mildew to grow in that area. and the pool pump and filter stopped working twice during our one-week stay. There were torn drapes in one bedroom and a shower curtain was being used for drapes in another. The lack of overall maintenance did not stop us from enjoying the beach and the island but it did ensure that we would not book a stay at this home again. We paid over $5,000 in rental, management, and VRBO fees and all the little maintenance issues around the house made us feel that we did not get full value for our money. ##### Linda B.
