The beach access is a concrete sidewalk beside the house about a block walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful and the home inside is well taken care of. The kitchen and bathrooms are very dated and owner should consider upgrading them, but the home itself is well taken care of. We enjoyed our week there. I would recommend if you go in August to be sure and take bug spray as the walk to the beach is tropical and mosquitos are everywhere. ##### Donna W. The layout is great but there are so many issues with the condition I wouldn't stay again. To say the house needs an update is a huge understatement - most are minor repairs that could be made quickly but some - like boards on the deck rotting could be a safety issue and are the bathroom ceilings just in need of paint or is there mold coming through. The kitchen is ill equipped except for the most basic cooking - no chef's knife just a dull paring knife and old pans that need to be replaced. The entire unit needs to be repainted.
