This 2BR/2.5 BA villa is exceptional as it offers spacious comfort and has been totally redecorated providing a very pretty uplifting feeling. Additionally, located within easy walking distance to the beach, this villa offers a recently resurfaced tennis court and 3 onsite pools and is close to all the activities offered by Coligny shops and restaurants. The great room includes a living room with TV and a sofa that extends into a queen sized bed. The kitchen with breakfast bar offers a spacious area for family to congregate. The dining area offers seating for four. The master bedroom has a King bed with TV and full private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a twin trundle and it too has a private bath. Completing the second floor is a stackable washer and dryer. • Please note, the pools in this community are open from April through October. • A maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs are permitted with payment of an additional pet fee. Only thing I’d suggest is a print out of path to beach as it was a tad tricky to navigate what was the closest/shortest route. Other than that we have no real complaints at all. I called immediately upon check in and never got a response back. I left two emails for the following week with no response and then when I finally called again a week later I received a less than helpful answer. Basically they did not want to hear a complaint. They changed out the beds and we were not notified. They changed out furniture in the master. There were even other changes that I won’t mention. The unit was spotless and had so many amenities. We loved the beachy decor. The close proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops was an added bonus. And of course, having bikes and beach chairs available made it even better. We would definitely rent this unit again. The only thing that I could have used was a one or two cup measuring cup. Upon arrival, we contacted the Property Manager to inquire about a grill since it was the week of July 4th. No response back from them! Blender was broken so no frozen drinks were possible! Porches were filthy, backyard needs ALOT of work, and worst of all there are soft spots all over the downstairs floors. Feels and looks like they are going to collapse at any moment. Iron was old, dirty, and unusable. Bedding was old and worn out. Master bed was comfortable but had no head board or foot board. Only marks left on the wall where one had previously been. Place was not overly clean. There were dirty dishes, glasses, and silverware in cabinets and drawers that had to be washed before they could be used.
