Our FAQ: HOW FAR TO BEACH: Quick drive to the Beach Club in 3 minutes, or to the seasonal Beach Trolley lot. Please read on: BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at Greenwood Drive and Willow Oak, just off the Fraser Circle. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB. PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire. CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended. POOL: Heatable with electricity (cost effective, but ineffective in coldest months of the year). Charge for electric pool heat is $150.00 for the first day and $50.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable. Location was excellent. Short walk to Harbour town, but the road we were on was very quiet. The house was beautifully decorated as well as having anything you need for kitchen, pool and beach. All bedrooms had en-suite baths. We had some family friends over and the only thing it was missing was a powder room for guests. ##### Robin N. The house was gorgeous and the backyard patio with a pool was perfect. It felt quite private because it backs up to a little waterway. The beds were very comfortable, which is always a priority for me. We rented bikes and rode around the island with ease. We hated to leave! ##### Tracy d. It is on a quiet street but so close to Harbour Town that we could walk to breakfast every morning. The Kitchen has everything you need to make a nice dinner. We wanted a home with a heated pool so that we could ensure social distancing and knew we would be doing a lot of other outdoor activities that would safe. This is house is beautiful - especially loved all of the glass, which made for nice views of our surroundings - and, it is equipped with everything we needed for the week.
