The unit was very clean and well appointed. A few more plastic dishes and cups would have been helpful for our grandchildren. The walk to the beach was doable, even with a two year old. We did drive to the three 15 minute parking spaces by the Seaside Villas/beach access and dropped people and beach supplies off a few times too. Just a short walk from the beach and Coligny Plaza. Spacious condo was perfect for our family of 5 adults--plenty of space to be together and plenty of space for privacy. Condo was well-supplied and everything was in good working order. Very quiet location--might have been because it was mid-October. We enjoyed the private outdoor space, too. And we made excellent use of the provided bicycles, beach chairs and the wagon to transport stuff to the beach. We have stayed at several HHI properties--all nice--but the Beach Villas was a hands-down favorite, and we hope to return again and again. ##### Brad G. It was not too far from the beach. There were four bikes to use which was such a nice feature. The beach chairs were also a great plus. It was so nice not to have to worry about that stuff. It was obvious the condo has recently been updated. My only complaint is that "fitness center" was listed as an amenity. I called the property manager to find out how to access it. Unfortunately there is no fitness center on site. The property manager explained that there was one down the street that you get a discounted price for. So definitely not an amenity. Ultimately not a deal breaker. We loved the condo and would rent there again. The pool was really nice parking was never an issue. ##### Faith B.
