The unit could use some updates, but it's hard to keep up maintenance with a rental - so wear and tear is expected. The second bedroom could use some new mattresses. The grounds were well maintained. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ocean One property is amazing. The view is amazing. The walk to the beach is literally 3minutes. There’s a new couch and it’s clean and very spacious. Every night we would sit in the patio and listen to the live music next door. And it’s a short walk to coligny plaza for shopping. As well as several grocery stores within a 10min drive. This place is great. Sea turtle getaways makes checking in and out easy-peasy as well.
