The home is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom, ground-level home with everything you need for the ideal vacation. Upon entering the house, you will find the main living space. The living room features a large flat-screen TV, plenty of seating, and views to the dining room and open kitchen. The dining room has a table with space for 6\. But do not worry, there is room for everyone when you include the breakfast bar with 3 bar stools and a pub table with 4 more stools. Just down the hall, you will find the 1st of the guest bedrooms. This room features a queen bed, a sleeper sofa, and there is also an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination. Continuing down the hall there is a second guest bedroom with a queen bed as well as a private en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The last guest bedroom has a two twin beds and another en-suite bath with tub/shower. At the end of the hall is the master bedroom and bathroom which contains a king bed, flat-screen TV, and access to the large back yard. Just off the kitchen is the large backyard and pool/spa. The backyard has plenty of seating, a grill, and a dining set for a great outdoor meal. The whole family will enjoy the pool and attached spa after a day at the beach! Speaking of the beach, the sand can be in between your toes in less than 5 minutes from the front door of 4 Pelican. Coligny Plaza is just as short a 5-minute bike ride as well!
