We encourage you to book online! • Spacious, 4 BR/4 BA home with 2 kings/double masters, 1 queen, 2 twins, 1 queen sleeper • 5th row Ocean- Stand on the sand in 3 minutes, or launch kayak on Wren Drive. • Private pool, heatable in cooler months, and gas grill with full time propane. • Two master suites, one on each level. All 4 bedrooms each have en suite bath. • Huge living area plus big dining area and eat-in kitchen • Password protected WiFi and 5 LED televisions. • Open, airy kitchen with stainless appliances and seating for 4. • Laundry is a breeze with new, full size washer and dryer, plus big, circular drive and garage • Launch you KAYAK (and store it in the garage!) at the end of Wren Drive. This house has perfect access for kayak entry into the Marsh 100 yards away at the end of the culdesac. Put in at high tide with a 30 min paddle past the salty dog out to the inlet around to the beach and roll home! • Quick bike ride to South Beach Marina Village in 5 minutes, or walk it in less than 10. Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including extra blankets and clean and comfy sleeping pillows, and clean kitchen linens. • Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises. • Always courteous, knowledgeable, and professional, 24/7 guest service. • Allow us to amaze you, again and again. Our FAQ: HOW FAR TO BEACH: Out the front door, cross South Sea Pines Drive-- less than 5 minutes walk and your toes are in the surf. PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire. CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended. POOL/SPA HEAT: Heatable with propane (efficient in all months/air temperatures).The charge for BOTH is $350.00 for the first day and $150.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable. Please inquire for winter rates. PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. BESTNEST by Beverly Serral did not disappoint! The property was well maintained and very up-to-date. The VRBO listing was a great representation of the home. The property included a well-stocked kitchen, all the linens and beach towels needed for the week, and tons of beach supplies to make our trip a very memorable one. The pool was beautiful and a perfect size for the six kids and four adults that stayed a the property. The beach was a quick walk down the road and the beach carts and wagon made for easy transport of all your beach necessities. Sea Pines is a very quiet and quant community and there are miles of bike trails to explore the area, including stables and many great restaurants and shopping. We will return to Hilton Head again in the future and Beverly Serral properties will be the only company that we use in the future. They were responsive to all our needs and replied quickly to all of our questions. They made our vacation not only enjoyable but EASY! ##### Michael C.
