3 Hunt Club is a unique Palmetto Dunes House rental that boasts many amenities not found on the rental market. This 6 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom home is a luxurious designer home with exceptional décor throughout! The home features three separate living areas with plenty of room to relax and a very large pool, spa and a multi-tiered deck area with a gas grill and comfortable seating for dining alfresco.  
  
As you enter the home, the main living area is directly ahead with access to a deck overlooking the gorgeous pool and spa area. To the left of the foyer is a bedroom with a king bed and a TV. To the right is the dining room with a large table that seats 10. Just beyond is the fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, updated appliances, a breakfast bar that seats three and a dining table that seats four. The kitchen has access to the deck as well. Adjacent to the kitchen is the second living area with a 50" flat screen TV with plenty of seating.  
  
On this same level you will find the spacious Master Suite featuring a king bed, TV and a private bath with double vanities, soaking tub and a separate shower. On the other side of the home, there are two additional bedrooms. There is a queen bedroom with a TV and a private bath with a tub and shower combination, a bedroom with two twins, a TV with DVD and a bathroom with a shower only that is shared with the hallway. As you enter the second level you are in a spacious media room with a 48" flat screen TV with surround sound and plenty of comfortable seating, including two queen sleeper sofas that have orthopedic mattresses. There is an adjacent full bath with a shower. There are two bedrooms on this level, one features a king bed and the other has two twins. Both have TV's and private baths with a tub and shower combination.  
  
This luxury home is an easy 10 minute walk to the beautiful beaches of Palmetto Dunes. This is truly a home where guests are sure to create many fond vacation memories.

#### Beautiful large home

We were overall very satisfied with our stay at 3 Hunt Club. The pictures matched the home and the location was actually better than anticipated. The 2 negatives, were the cleanliness of the pool and pool area. Also the sliding doors are in need of replacement. Overall we would recommend this residence to large families.

#### Beautiful pool views

Overall we had a great stay. The house was beautiful, I loved many bath towels they provided, as well as beach towels. The house could have used a deeper cleaning, we noticed a some dirtiness upon arrival. For the size of the house the fridge is incredibly small, and broken. The pantry was nasty and I almost didn’t want to put my food in there. The master bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets were like plastic. The neighborhood was nice and the pool was great. We did enjoy ourselves and even made it to the beach a couple of times even though we had to drive.
