Welcome to 11 Painted Bunting Road! This six bedroom, seven and half bathroom home is incredibly spacious and offers all the perks of a vacation rental home! It is located 2nd row ocean in Sea Pines - just steps away from the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head Island! 2021/2022 RENOVATIONS Include: • Fully renovated kitchen • Every full bath has been completely renovated • New flooring in all bedrooms • New interior paint throughout Wait until you check out the layered brick pool area! There is a gas grill with plenty of seating and a table. The private pool & spa offer complimentary heat seasonally. As long as the temperature doesn't fall below 55 degrees, you are all set to enjoy FREE pool & spa heat March through May & September through October. There are multiple chaise lounges to soak up the rays by the pool. 1st Floor: The living room features a flat screen TV and is open to the kitchen area. Just off that is the open kitchen with an island, two refigerators, double oven, and a double dishwasher. The dining area is just off the kitchen with a screened-in porch just behind that. The powder room and laundry room are also located off of the living area. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, and a flat screen television. The large master bathroom features his and hers vanities, a walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub. The second bedroom is just across the hall and has a queen bedroom with a flat screen television. It has access to a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Mid-Level: In between the first and second floors, you will find the fun zone! A private room with a pool table for endless hours of fun, wet bar, card table, and a flat screen television. Additionally, there is a sleeper sofa in this room as well as a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. 2nd Level: The remaining four bedrooms are on the second level of the home. Bedroom three is a spacious bedroom with a king bed and flat screen television. It also has a private bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom four has a queen bed and flat screen television with access to a private bath that has a walk-in shower. Bedrooms five has a king and bedroom six has two fulls. Both have flat screen televisions. They both have access to private bathrooms as well. This house looks great from the pictures but is old now more 80’s style. The house was so dirty upon arrival we had to get housekeeping to deep clean the bathrooms. Black mold in the showers, filthy rugs and it smelled like the house had been closed up for years. Musty!!!! Lacked proper kitchen amenities including decent wine glasses. All of the contents were cheap, old and dirty. The kitchen cabinet door fell off!!!! Overall a huge disappointment for the amount of money spent and advertised expectations! The beds, advertised as queens were full at best! Tough for two adults. No music system and TV’s were not “smart” not one! We've stayed in many houses in Sea Pines over the years, and we often come back to this one. Plenty of room for 2-3 families. (We had 5 adults and 8 kids on this trip.) The layout is great, there's room for everyone to spread out. The game room is always a hit for the kids, especially if you get a rainy day. The basketball hoop, the pool, easy access to the beach - all make it a great place for kids of all ages. The kitchen has everything you need to eat in as much as you want. Great home that can accommodate a big family. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking and baking- even on a large scale. The kitchen was open to the main living space so it was easy to keep eyes on the kiddos -even ones in the pool. Wonderful pool and quick access to the beach were key!
