We enjoyed being near the pool but were not notified that noisy construction workers were going to be at the pool most of the week so we were not able to take advantage of the pool as hoped. Our bed in the master was very nice (my husband has bulging discs and never once said his back hurt). I would say the only negatives or what I would improve if I lived there were: \*Better utensils/flatware (these were super cheap) \*Have a cutting board in the kitchen. \*A knife sharpener in the drawer \*Needs a new can opener (spend a little money on a nice one and it will last) I had to use a sharp knife to open cans. \*the grout on the tile floors needs to be addressed in the master bathroom And in the shower \* I would also touch up the trim around the condo. It’s getting marred up. Other than that, we really really enjoyed our stay and are thinking about reserving it for next year sometime. Thanks for inviting us into your condo. ##### Martin L. Having the communal pool right outside the property made it feel like having our own private pool. It was well maintained and never too busy. Perfectly located for our group with the adults booking tennis and golf nearby and for the teenage children who could safely cycle to Harbor Town for water sports and ice creams.
