Cute house for 2 people in a laid back neighborhood, which was just what we were looking for. Our disappointment is with the property management, Hilton Head Rentals. First, the property could have been cleaner. The ceiling fans in the bedroom and livingroom were covered in dust an cobwebs (think about sleeping under that--yuck), windows were dirty, and the mop in the house was missing its pad, so it was unusable. But the real issue was that the electrical outlets in the kitchen and bath didn't accomodate the kitchen and bath appliances. The hairdryer, toaster, coffee maker, etc., that came with the house all had to be used in the livingroom or bedroom--not easy in a tiny house. Contacted property managment by phone, email. and through their app early in our week-long stay, and they never responded and never even acknowledged our concern. Have even messaged them since our trip, and no response. We love HH and will visit again, but will steer clear of Hilton Head Rentals. ##### Katy C.
