We had a family with the youngest and most lively group on the top floor. The next floor was for those who were a bit quieter and the main floor bedroom with the greatest privacy. We had one problem with the coffee maker not having a pot but that was replaced very quickly. The other minor things, a leaky freezer related to the ice maker and some falling paint, that we reported did not influence our stay and we were told they would be addressed after our stay. The ice maker in the main refrigerator didn’t work and we had to buy lots of ice. And the construction two doors down was so loud at times it was unenjoyable to be outside. This house was perfect with plenty of room for gathering together and bedrooms with baths for all to have their privacy. The house was immaculate and all the decor was tasteful but beachy! The house location was perfect as it was very central to grocery stores, restaurants, putt putt, Starbucks and other activities. There was a small beach bar right on the beach within walking distance of the house called Coco's! We really enjoyed being able to walk down and have a cocktail!
