This 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath offers phenomenal ocean views and is the perfect spot to enjoy coffee or a cocktail. Enjoy a large community heated\* pool, spa, and a beachside pavilion surrounded by landscaped grounds with meandering lagoons. A boardwalk leads from the pool deck to the gorgeous beach. \* The Pool complex is expected to be reopened on Monday, January 19, 2026, weather permitting. Until this time, please do not enter the pool complex area including the hot tub and grilling areas. Please note that we do not heat the pool until late March at the earliest. \* Please note that Barrington is conducting an improvement project on the beach access. The Ocean Lane, Wendover Dunes, and beachside entries to the crossover will be blocked and closed as well. The official start date for on-site work is December 15th and is targeted to be completed by March 7th. The entry to the beach crossover will be blocked, and signage will be posted to indicate that the area is closed and entry is not permitted. As an alternative, please use the beach access that is located between Hampton and the Omni Hotel. We rented through the Vacation Company and they were fabulous to work with: the starter packets of laundry and dishwasher soap, toiletries, toilet paper and paper towels were a nice touch. This property is lovely but the shower and toilet area need a good scrubbing. Couch was very uncomfortable but the bed was great. We had all the towels and supplies we needed in the kitchen. Two things we didn’t like were that we were sent the wrong code to access the beach and got stranded (someone held the gate for us to get in, we didn’t know we’d be unable to exit) until we could get in touch with management (thanks fully they sorted it fast), the hot tub advertised was closed for maintenance and we weren’t alerted this would be the case, and construction noise started at 8:30am each day, even Sunday and we weren’t notified ahead of our stay that there would be work on the complex. Property managers (especially Rhonda) were very helpful, especially when we had some issues with finding the location (this was our first time in SC and HHI). The after-hours service called us back within minutes of reaching out. The property is absolutely stunning and clean. Very quiet and laid back. Check in was a breeze. Appreciate the communication from the property management provided before our arrival. The view from the balcony was exactly as described in the listing. The beach was very enjoyable. I didn’t realize we could rent chairs and umbrellas from the lifeguards at the beach (Shore Beach Services) a definite must if you didn’t bring your own beach equipment. We are DEFINITELY returning in 2025\. The only recommendation would be to add an additional sign listing the upcoming properties after passing through South Security gate. You have to drive awhile in Palmetto Dunes area to reach Barrington Arms location, which led to our difficulty in locating the property. HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here!! ##### Michelle H. Clean, updated. 135 degree view of the ocean. Great deck time looking out over the pool and fountain in the lagoon. Yes we saw an aligator and turtles too. Been to three other villas in Windsor N ,S and II. This is by far the best building (Barrington Arms). Oh, did I mention underground parking. ##### Bob F. Beach and neighborhood walking. Our room was just as expected. The views were beyond what we expected. It was a great vacation. The condo is high end and absolutely gorgeous. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the large bathroom and shower. Nice large deck and beautiful grounds.
