Be aware that while certain dogs are allowed, I would not call it “pet friendly.” One of the reasons we chose this VRBO was the picture of the outdoor grass area that would be convenient for our dog. We were greeted with a note that dogs are not allowed on the patio or courtyard, making it a hassle to walk her. The location was excellent and close to many amenities! Over all the condition of the property was great. The only knock that I have about the stay was that one of my kids crawled under a bed and came out covered with dog hair. We have two dogs ourselves and understand the difficulty of cleaning under objects. It just appears that it has been quite some time since the last deep clean. We’ve rented condos and homes up and down the east coast over the years and this stay was one of our favorites. Very close to the beach and so many restaurants, shops, groceries, etc. The property was very clean and well done - excellent appliances and decor.
