The pristine kitchen is fully equipped and includes a coffee nook with table, four chairs and offers plenty of space for prepping picnics for those long lazy days on the beach. The full size washer and dryer is conveniently tucked away behind bi-fold doors and is such a treat to have when traveling. The living and dining area is open concept allowing everyone to be part of the fun. A large round dining table seats six comfortably and has a perfect view accross the water to the green inviting you to watch golfers as you dine! Close to shopping, beach and plenty of restaurants a within a short distance. Shipyard is a beautiful area and we couldn’t have been happier with 1901\. There is a fountain off the porch with some baby alligators in it. Super cool. Each of the 3 bedrooms are spacious and has its own bathroom which is ideal. Pool is directly across the street which is very nice. Kitchen is well stocked. Property mgmt is very responsive and efficient. Only downside at all is that the furnishings are a little dated and worn in places (dining room chairs and carpet). But overall we would definitely stay here again. ##### Linda F.
