"Welcome to Villamare! Villamare is a premier oceanfront community on Hilton Head Island. The complex has views of the Atlantic Ocean, access to Hilton Head's pristine beaches, and located in the sought-after community of Palmetto Dunes. Villamare has recently experienced updates and features the following features: 3 Pools (1 indoor, 1 family oriented, and 1 adult only), 2 hot tubs, poolside bathrooms, duneside tanning deck, seasonal fire pit, community sauna, fitness center, grilling station, private beach access, covered parking, and elevators. The newest amenities are the fully remodeled family pool, serenity pool, and hot tubs. The refreshed outdoor space completes Villamare's resort atmosphere. Additionally the owner of 1209 Villamare includes two hours of complimentary tennis and or pickleball daily at the Palmetto Dunes Racquet Center for their guests. The center is located just a short walk from the Villamare! Upon arriving at Villamare you can enjoy covered parking and elevator access to the villa. Once inside, the foyer welcomes you to the guest bedroom featuring 2 queen beds, garden tub and walk in shower, TV, and a private balcony with views of the Atlantic Ocean. Just to the left is the open floor plan living space. The recently renovated kitchen is fully stocked and has a washer and dryer for your use. The living room features a flat screen TV and plenty of room for everyone including the sleeper sofa. Just off the living room is a second balcony for enjoying the ocean breezes. The master suite is also off the living room and has a king sized bed, TV and access to the balcony. The master bedroom also have a private bathroom with a walk in shower. \*\*\* Villamare Work Notice: Community of Villamare will have work being done September 2025 through March 2026\. Unit 1209 is in building 1 which is scheduled to have work done at the end of this window. We had a slight problem with the A/C the night we arrived, and they went above and beyond the call of duty to solve the problem. Will, their engineer, was amazing.
