The pool and back yard are dirty and unkept. The pool was dirty, did not look as thought it had been cleaned, and appeared safe to swim. The house is run down, there is not place for groceries, the floors are sticky, the dishwasher was broken and had water sitting in it that smelled like sewage. The kitchen supplies are limited and just thrown in cabinets. Conditions were so bad that the property manager moved us to another rental the next day. The location is amazing but that is about it for this place. I give kudos to the property management company for addressing the problem and moving us which saved our trip. We knew the hot tub was not working but thought it would at least be clean. I would not book this place again.
