Step into a bright, elegant foyer featuring detailed furnishings and décor that flow into the formal dining area with seating for 8 and a spacious living room with designer furnishings, a decorative fireplace, and large windows framing breathtaking views. The covered back porch is accessible from this space. The gourmet kitchen boasts granite counters, stainless appliances, gas range, double ovens, dishwasher, microwave, and wine fridge. A breakfast table seats 5 and the bar offers 4 stools—ideal for family gatherings with beautiful lagoon and golf views. A wall-mounted TV and adjacent family room with a large flat-screen create a comfortable space to relax and enjoy the scenery, with more access to the back porch. The main-floor master suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV, sofa, and bay windows overlooking the lagoon, plus porch access. The private bath includes a walk-in closet, dual vanities, glass shower, and jetted tub. On the mid-level are two guest rooms: one with a king bed and the other with a queen, each with private baths and walk-in showers. There was so much to do just within walking distance. The communication with the property manager could have been better. I replied to one of their welcome emails with a concern that the beverage fridge in the kitchen was running very loudly. There was a sign posted that it is not functional so I asked if it could at least be unplugged to stop the noise but they never responded. Also, the welcome book stated that you could enjoy two free hours of tennis but the Palmetto Dunes club said that the benefit had not been renewed so we ended up paying for it ourselves. Neither of those things would keep us from returning as the house, and especially the pool, were awesome! ##### Jason H. Plenty of comfortable accommodations for everyone. Private gated community location is top notch, awesome view from the back porch and pool area is hard to beat. The one and only reason we gave "cleanliness" 4 stars instead of 5 is because the pool needed some cleaning, but the Property manager is extremely attentive & accommodating and promised that they were going to get that fixed immediately.
