What to Expect: Scaffolding may create an obstructed view during active phases. Parking limitations due to construction equipment. Noise during construction work hours. Balconies may have limited access during certain phases. Building 1: Phase 1 (Courtyard Side): Scheduled for early November 2025 – mid-January 2026 Phase 2 (Street/Parking Lot Side): Scheduled for mid-January – April 2026 Building 2: One phase scheduled to begin early September 2025 with scaffolding in place until early November 2025 Building 3: No roof work is scheduled. However, parking limitations and noise may still be expected during the project timeline.
