Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo. Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis. Included supplies: Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags. CANCELLATION POLICY To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in. In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions. Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. The house was perfect for the family. Lots of bedrooms, so many beds for the kids. House was beautiful. Pool was perfect to have when the kids just wanted to swim, but we didn't want to walk to the beach. The location to the beach was perfect and easy to get to. It was a beautiful and comfortable home. The elevator was very helpful for my parents who have mobility problems. The rental company was quick to respond whenever we needed them. We walked to the beach to see it and walk by the water, but it was a chilly weekend so we didn’t really hang out there. I’d recommend a golf cart if you were going to be hanging out at the beach all day. It’s probably a 10-15 minute walk depending on your pace, which was fine for us, but if we were bringing a bunch of beach equipment, I wouldn’t want to carry that all that way.
