Come escape to the beautiful Hilton Head Island and enjoy a stay at Sandcastles by the Sea! We are just a short 3 block walk from the Folly Field Beach entrance ..that's just a minute bike ride or 30 second car drive. Sandcastles by the Sea has a gated entrance that is kept closed at night.

Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.  
Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.  
Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability.  
  
Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis.  
  
Starting on the ground level, the home features a large garage under the house with a beach cart, beach chairs, and large trunk full of kids beach and pool toys. There is also a large ping pong table! The back of the ground level under the home overlooks the lagoon filled with turtles and visits from other wildlife. There is a gorgeous sparkling private pool that is kept heated year-round. The pool is surrounded by plenty of seating with an outdoor sofa, chairs and a high top dining table. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. The large paver patio with sitting wall extends off the back of the pool and features a Weber grill.  
  
First Floor:  
  
Features one master bedroom with a KING Seagrass bed, flat screen TV and a full bathroom. The gourmet kitchen features a large farm sink, double oven, granite counter-tops, tile backsplash and a large island with 4 counter stools.  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you need for the week and a starter set of trash bags, detergent and paper towels. The living room boasts a 4K UHD TV with sound bar and 4k DVD player. The large dining room large table will seat 8. The entire level is an open floor plan featuring 12 foot wide sliding glass doors that open up to a large screen porch with relaxing views of the freshwater lagoon.  
  
Second Floor:  
  
The 2nd floor features a master bedroom with a luxurious king bed featuring a high end plush mattress with luxurious comphy company sheets that you will melt in while watching TV on your large 55″ 4k UHD flat screen tv. There is also a portable crib/playpen with a 3″ mattress in this room. The romantic master bedroom features its own large porch for enjoying morning coffee! The luxurious master bath is spa like with a large rain head shower, a frameless shower door, granite counters and dual vanities. Also on the 2nd floor are two additional bedrooms. One is a QUEEN and one is a KING, both with flat screen TVs. Those two rooms share a full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combo,. This floor also has a full size laundry room with top load washer and dryer.  
  
Third Floor:  
The top level features a very large bedroom with 2 queen beds, flat screen tv, and a secondary nook that kids and teens alike will love. Inside this room there is a daybed and pull out trundle and its own flat screen tv.  
  
Kids Room:  
Last but certainly not least is the kids retreat! This enormous mermaid and surfing themed kids bedroom/playroom featuring 2 sets of bunk beds with full over full beds each with a twin trundle, a day bed with trundle, an air hockey table, many types of games and cards, a large flat screen, and many other unique surprises! This floor has shared full bathroom.  
  
Included supplies:  
Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.  
  
CANCELLATION POLICY  
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.  
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.  
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest. \*

Elevator: The residential elevators in our vacation homes are intended solely for use by individuals with disabilities. To ensure the safety of all guests, these elevators should not be used by children or for recreational purposes.  
If you require access to the elevator during your stay, please request this in advance. While we strive to keep our elevators in working condition, we cannot guarantee their uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that any defects will be corrected promptly. Mechanical issues may arise that are beyond our control, and repairs can only be performed by specialized vendors.  
In the event that the elevator is not operational during your stay, please understand that no compensation will be provided. Additionally, the presence of elevators in our homes does not alter the pricing; guests will not pay extra for this feature, and therefore, no discounts or compensation will be offered for a non-working elevator.

#### Amazing House

Very beautiful house! We fit 15 adults/ children no problem, and had room for more! Location was good a little bit of a walk to beach but not a problem…we loved the pool and the visiting alligator ( who kept his distance)…every bed was comfortable and for kids the bunk room has so much for them to do! Really nice house/location, if we return to Hilton Head we will definitely try to rebook here!

We had a wonderful time & fully enjoyed staying in this house for the week. It’s as advertised & has everything you’d need. Kroger’s near as are restaurants. It’s proximity to the nearby beaches & parks provided our family with wonderful time at the beach. We played pickleball on the park courts (need your own net) every day. We had a ball!

This was a new tradition for my family to get away for Christmas. I hate other family members missed this trip. We cannot say enough about this property or our amazing experience. Phenomenal!!! You will not be disappointed with this booking. We are looking forward to our return.

This property was awesome. It had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Very accomodating with more than enough play items for kids and adults. Everyone was satisfied! The ONLY downside was the bed in the Master bedroom.... it is sunken in the middle so no matter how much you roll to the left or right you'll find yourself right back in the middle. Get that changed abs toy have perfection 🥰

#### Beautiful vacation home

It was a lovely stay. The home is beautiful and spacious. We only encountered one issue. The 4th floor door does not close tight and it causes the elevator to not come down unless someone is there to press on it. The TV at the pool was not operable, but I would still give it a high score and visit again.

Our family included 16 people from 3 years of age to 78. Each of them had there bedrooms they could go to rest or just have some space. Loved the pool that we had to ourselves. The house was close by the beach and to other activities that we did. Thanks.

This property was everything it promised! Lots of space for the three families who stayed. The kids area was amazing. We would definitely stay here again. The only very small issue we had was an outdated gate code, but that was corrected very quickly. Otherwise it was wonderful!!

#### Family vacation/ 25th wedding anniversary

There was plenty of space for each family group (5) to have a place to call there own, and a large enough space to gather together for hanging out as a group of 14 people. We were surprised with the use of a golf cart, there were beach chairs and other items that were nice to have. The kitchen was well stocked, the dish washer didn't dry the dishes. The three king size beds were comfortable, the queen bed on the second floor was not so much. The air hockey table in the kids room needs either a new cord or to be removed, especially with young kids. Over all we enjoyed our stay in the beach house boutique home.

#### Great Location — Close to Most Everything

Our family of 5 adults and our 8 year old grandson enjoyed our week here a lot. The pool was a big plus and the setting was nice with the fountain. The elevator was very useful and is very difficult to find in Hilton Head for my disability. VRBO’s additional fees have become quite ridiculous — pushing the daily rates to nearly double the advertised rate!

The house was great! Plenty of room for everyone. Felt like it was your own home. We wish the pool area was slightly bigger but we were still satisfied. Also loved having the pond right there for fishing. We would definitely stay there again!

Very nice nearly new vacation property at north end of Hilton Head Island. Tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds. Spacious kitchen is a plus for larger groups. Elevator makes move-in and move-out a breeze. Orientation of home provides morning and early afternoon sun in pool area, ideal for those that don't want to bake in the hot afternoon sun. Very attentive property manager. Very enjoyable stay. Would definitely consider renting again !

I’ll just leave a few of the many things that made our stay absolutely AWESOME..spotless, great little touches, comfortable beds, spacious, well decorated, well stocked kitchen and towels, great beach and pool supplies on site..even a stroller that I used to cruise the block, managers response timely and attentive, quiet even though construction was across the street, centrally located...I have not one complaint, we will not hesitate to rent this one again!!

Overall our family had a wonderful vacation. The home was comfortable with all the amenities. I was so pleased how family and kid friendly the home was. I realize we are on vacation, but traveling with a 4 and 2 year old there is some needed down time. All the TV’s in the bedrooms worked great but FAMILY vacation also means not everyone going in separate rooms. The TV in the “family” room NEVER properly worked and didn’t work at all the last two and a half days we were there! The property manager was attentive and really did what she could to fix the issue. I realize technology can be unpredictable but for the price being paid..... Again, great rental, would definitely look to rent again.
