Very clean and UTD. We had absolutely no problems with our stay. The owner wrote to make sure everything was going well, which was very nice. You’re close to everything. You can ride a bike to Harbourtown, the beach, and Salty Dog. Beautiful rides. Saw some spinner sharks feeding at the beach, which was awesome! Short drive to Coligny for shopping at Piggly Wiggly and dinner. We had a great stay. It was lovely and conveniently located to everything. The pool was just steps from the back door and the trolley stop is a short walk away. From there you can really get most anywhere… Plus the first hole of the Links is directly across the street! Awesome for any golf enthusiast. Don was an incredibly gracious host who was readily available to help with whatever we needed. This home is well apportioned; a great choice for a Sea Pines get away. ##### Christina F. It is in a great location at the heritage villages, which is close to harbor town and not too far from the beach on a bike ride. Very nice large king-size beds and an upgraded shower in one of the bedrooms. It has ann updated kitchen, very nice appliances and new furniture. And three large TVs! We spent a week this year, the second week in April, with a couple who had never been. I was pleased to find the Villa to be one of the nicest, if not THE nicest, we have rented in our visits to the Island. The communication from the owner, Don, was first class from the time we first committed and paid our deposit to the day we were to arrive when he texted to let me know the cleaning was done early and we could check in early. His descriptions and instructions were detailed, timely, and easy to understand . We had a couple of hiccups that are unfortunate for any property owner but Don was very responsive. By the tail end of the Summer season it was showing some wear and tear, but it was comfortable, clean and no odors at all. The good far outweighed the bad.
