Pools: The pools and hot tub are open year-round and one pool is heated from March 15 - April 30 and October 15 - November 30\. The hot tub is heated year-round. See the ocean and the beach from this gorgeous fifth floor unit in Windsor Place located inside The Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort! The condo has direct oceanfront and beach views with two sliding glass doors and additional windows to observe the beautiful surroundings and Barrington Arms pool area. The square footage is 965 square feet! The condo is six levels above the covered parking garage, which means that you are on the sixth level. You will take an elevator from the parking garage to access the fifth floor. Luggage carts are available near the elevator. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the comforts of home, stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator with an ice maker. There is also a Keurig Combo Coffee Maker for ground coffee and K-Cups. The kitchen bar seats two guests. The adjacent dining area will comfortably seat four guests. The spacious living area features a queen size sleeper sectional sofa with upgraded mattress, chair, 65” Smart TV, and lighted ceiling fan. The master bedroom features a Sterns and Foster king size mattress, walk-in closet, 55” Smart TV, OneBeat iSmart charger, and lighted ceiling fan. The weather was warm enough to spend time at the beach most days, and being close to South Beach, Salty Dog - and a short bike ride to Harbor Town gave us variety in things to do.The house is very nice and lay out worked well for us.
