Starting downstairs, you enter into the large open concept main living area with a beautiful centerpiece fireplace, a 58" Smart TV, and views of the pool and beyond. It flows seamlessly into the well-equipped gourmet kitchen, complete with an oversized island and quality stainless steel appliances, including a built-in wine refrigerator and microwave. You'll find ample food storage, with a large walk-in pantry off the kitchen and an additional full-size refrigerator in the garage. The main dining area off the kitchen comfortably seats 8 at the large table, with extra seating for 6 at the kitchen island. A large den with a queen sleeper sofa, a 43" Smart TV, a workspace, and pocket doors is located off the living room. This versatile space can serve as a second living area, an additional sleeping area, or an office. The primary bedroom is located on the first floor and features a King bed, a spacious en-suite bath with a tiled shower, and a 50" Smart TV. The remaining three bedrooms are upstairs, offering comfortable accommodations for your guests. The bedrooms include a Queen bedroom with an en-suite bath, another bedroom with a Queen and Twin XL bed, and the last bedroom featuring a King bed. These two bedrooms share a full bath located at the end of the hallway. All upstairs bedrooms feature 43" Smart TVs. The outdoor features of this property add to the luxury. You can enjoy an enclosed outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. The pool, available for an additional fee, can be heated from March through the end of October, with pool cooling also available in the warmer months. For beach lovers, the home includes 4 backpack beach chairs to take with you. The home was perfect for our family of 6, three generations with a 9 & 11 year old. We loved the pool, the walk to the beach was about 7 minutes, and the location in Sea Pines was great for biking to lots of things. Would prefer to receive the Sea Pines pass online rather than needing to go to the rental office. Kitchen was well stocked with pots/ pans/ dishes, etc... We loved our stay. Only negative was the mosquitoes in backyard were HORRIFIC. There was a machine to help get rid of them, but it seemed to make no difference as there were dozens of mosquitoes near the machine. I believe the insane volume of mosquitoes may have been secondary to the gutters needing to be cleaned. They were FULL to the rim with pine straw. I reported this to the rental company.
