Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6) For families seeking a great vacation value, this unit is a fully remodeled Large 2 bedroom/2 bath villa that is unlike typical rentals. We did a complete renovation in January 2020\. New kitchen with quartz countertops and brand new stainless steel appliances. Fully remodeled bathrooms. Master has tiled shower and guest has new tub with tile. Our home away from home provides a combination of amenities, private beach access, and convenience to all that Hilton Head Island has to offer. Plan a relaxing vacation at Hilton Head Resort. Our villa sleeps 6 comfortably with a king size bed in the master bedroom with private bath also has a 43" Smart flat screen TV/DVD with HD cable. The second bedroom has a full size bed with a twin on top and another twin with a 32" Smart flat screen TV/DVD and HD cable. The living room offers a 43” flat screen TV with HD cable and Streaming DVD player. Also included are movies and games for our guest to enjoy. The kitchen has a fully equipped and stocked kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, all cookware and utensils, coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric grill, and microwave). If you don't feel like cooking, just order from the Island Grill and Deli located in Building 1 or many of the nearby restaurants. Hilton Head Resort is conveniently located next to The Palmetto Dunes Robert Trent Jones Golf Course. Walk or ride bikes on the paved trails to restaurants, Starbucks, Shelter Cove Mall, shopping and grocery store(less than a mile). For example, in the kitchen beside all the cookware and utensils you need, we try to leave all the following items aluminum foil, plastic wrap, cleaning supplies, hand soap, garbage bags, storage bags, flashlight, first aid kit, cooking oil & spray, salt & pepper, etc. We have extra blankets, board games, movies, books, etc. We also have hangers, iron, ironing board, laundry baskets, towels, linens, broom, mop, and vacuum. Loved the private beach access, pools and pickle ball courts. The only negative was the restriction concerning bikes in the residence. We were not aware of the restriction and that could be our fault for not reading the description of the property better. Our bikes are very high end and we did not feel comfortable having them locked up to a bike rack. This was our 5th visit to the island and have never encountered this restriction until now. The availability of a cage with various beach toys was a fantastic bonus. Our little ones were absolutely thrilled to discover all the goodies waiting for them. It saved us the hassle of packing toys and kept the kids entertained throughout our stay. This attention to detail and consideration for guests' needs truly set this rental apart. While the complex itself was a bit dated, it was impeccably clean. The communal areas were well-maintained, and we noticed the staff's efforts to ensure a tidy environment.
