With peaceful views all around this 4 bedroom and 4 bath townhouse located in the Huntington complex of Palmetto Dunes Resort is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the lowcountry!

Open the door to a bright foyer, walk into the cathedral ceiling living room with two sofas and two armchairs, a flat screen TV/DVD, and a large window that overlooks a portion of the 11 mile lagoon system. The adjoining dining area has corner windows, a table with seating for 6 or more, and 4 barstools at a dining/serving counter that is open to the kitchen. There is a deck off the living room where you can sit and enjoy the Lowcountry breeze and water views.

The cheerful, fully equipped kitchen, has updated appliances, a pantry cupboard, and a farm style sink ready to help prep your next family meal. Off of the dining area is a screened porch and a door leading to the landscaped grounds.

Just off the kitchen is the master bedroom, which has a king bed, a large window, a door to the screened in porch, and a spacious private bath with a double sink and a massive walk in shower.

The second bedroom on the first floor has two twin beds and a flat screen TV as well as private access the to deck off the living room. You will find a second bathroom with a standing shower as you make your way down the hall as well as a hall closet equipped with a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.

Making your way to the second floor you enter a second sitting area with a plush sectional sofa, Flat Screen TV/DVD. Great for the kids of the family.

Just off the sitting area is the third bedroom with a king bed, flat screen TV and private bath. The final bedroom has two twin beds, a flat screen TV, walk in closet, powder room, and private bath with shower/tub combo.

The pool and hot tub are heated Oct, Nov, March, and April; the hot tub is heated year round, except for the month of January.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

Clean, modern home - perfect for a family or girls trip

The home was clean, modern and spacious. The layout was perfect for a girls trip (or would be for a family too). The rooms were big, we never felt on top of each other, there were plenty of spaces to gather (the main room, the screened in porch, the breakfast nook). The kitchen was very well stocked - even had tubberware! It was so easy to check-in; the whole experience was so hassle free.

Outstanding Property

This is an amazing property! The house is beautiful, spacious, and updated. Lots and lots of room with plenty of seating. We are 8 retired RN’s who’ve been friends for 50 years. Cleanliness is important to us and this house more than met our expectations. It is across the parking lot from a community pool & spa. Quiet neighborhood. Had to drive for beach access. Great location for restaurants, etc. Definitely would return.

Property was one of the better ones I have rented in HH. Everything was updated and not cheaply either. Bathrooms all updated with top notch fixtures. Beds were good and not broken down. Would come back here again for sure. Love Palmetto Dunes location.

Great Home

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. The home is well decorated, clean and comfortable. It is located by the community pool and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. We had 4 couples so we converted both rooms with twin beds into king beds. My only wish would have been for a larger dining table. With 8 adults it was a little tight. I have traveled with this group for a few years now and this home was one of our favorites. We all loved this home and its location and very sad to leave.

Loved our rental!

This is our 3rd summer vacationing in HHI. First time renting through Sunset rentals and it certainly won’t be our last! The communication and check in process was wonderful! We loved staying in this Huntington villa. It was perfect for our group of 8. Very clean and comfortable, eye sight to pool, and short walk to the beach! We hope to rent this exact property again in the future!

Lovely home

Lovely, comfortable and spacious home that is in a great location next to the lagoon, close to the pool and with a beach access a few minutes away. The online pictures accurately display the home. The kitchen is well stocked with everything that you need for cooking (pots, pans, etc.) We would come here again.

Absolutely the best

Everything was perfect. All issues were addressed that we were not even aware of. It was reported that the ceiling fan was not working. Management reported it to us and resolved the issue. This was my first time to Hilton Head and I look forward to returning.

Perfect Birthday Getaway

We love Hilton Head Island and have stayed at many places since 1984 and this place rates at the top ... it was just perfect for our family!! Great location ... nice ‘n clean ... problem free!! We especially loved the covered screened-in deck, extra TV area, short walk to the beach and the heated pool!! It was our 19-month old granddaughter’s first trip to a beach and she had a blast!! We all brought home many wonderful memories!! Will return!!

Great place to stay for two families, both with young children. Privacy and plenty of space but still able to stay together. Short walk to beach-our kids ranged from 2-12 and all tolerated walk fine even after a hot day at beach. Pool close and clean. Will stay here again hopefully.

Great location!

We had a great week at this spacious villa which was a 5 minute walk from the beach. Very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook and eat in. There was also a grill. We look forward to coming back.

Hunnington Stay

We were vaisiting Hilton Head for the state tennis championships and the home was fantastic! Lots of open space, beautiful repurposed art pieces and furniture throughout the house. and a bathroom for every bedroom!! When you have all women that is a huge plus. When we return, we will definitely stay here.
