It has everything we needed for a family of 4 adults. The cost was reasonable. We could walk to the beach and play games or bbq on the property. The condo balcony has a view of a pond and did not have a view of the ocean. The ocean could be seen through the bedroom window. It is accurately described except for the fact that the trees need to be trimmed to enhance the ocean view. The beds were very comfortable.
