With decks off the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Ocean One 521 enjoy panoramic views of the ocean, the oceanfront pool and grilling area. 5th floor oceanfront condo sleeps 6 people comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, two doubles in bedroom 2, and a living room sleeper sofa. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Had everything you needed in the kitchen to cook a full meal. The kitchen was absolutely gorgeous, looks like nothing in the kitchen has ever been used before as far as the appliances. They did a really good job doing the upgrades on the condo. It looks like Everything was recently updated and brand new. The beds were extremely comfortable. We had no issues finding extra blankets, towels, sheets, pillows. We also were impressed with the views and The condo being in close proximity to a lot of park areas. It was also nice that the condo had a closet that was pretty much filled with beach supplies just in case you forgot anything. It’s always nice just to have extra access to items that you might have forgotten. Had zero issues checking in, had to leave early due to the hurricane that was headed our way. It was chilly most of the trip so we drove most places, but the property was in walking distance or bike riding distance of Sea Pines, Coligny Park, and just about anything else you wanted to do.
