This condo is under new ownership as of July 2019 and the new owners have completed several upgrades. New Plantation Shutters, Painting, Flooring, Bedding, and much more! Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool. Vacationers can rinse off under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. The listing was spot on. The unit was very clean. It had all the needed appliances. The room was very quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean a lot. We stayed @ Ocean One 415 during the last week of March. This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 4\. The balcony is large for both relaxing and eating. There is a second balcony off the master for a nice little reading spot. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and the living room is spacious. It is just as seen in photos! The location couldn't be better. It's within walking distance to shops, restaurants and a grocery store. The Tiki hut nearby had live music every night which we could hear from the balcony. This was so enjoyable after a year of no live music!! It was a little chilly during our week so we didn't use the pool but could see it was well maintained daily. We felt very safe here with the access codes to our condo and beach. We would highly recommend! Also rent bikes! So much fun with all the bike paths! ##### Kelly M.
