It has been remodeled and beautiful, kitchens and decor. However I will make a suggestion. Two bathroom doors are in bad shapes and need to be replaced. The door handle on the sliding glass door is broken. The screen is broken and leaning up against the door. The trim around some of the floors need to be replaced or painted. The closet door in the King size room is leaning inside the closet. These repairs take away from the new remodel. It would be nice to have hand rails in at least one of the bathrooms for the elderly. MBA chair is stained and needs replacement. Another piece of furniture in LR, Doors on pantry shelves, etc. Also hardwoods are starting to show their age. Sep 26, 2022 #### Beautiful island Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Ocean one unit 321\. I booked this condo before I saw any reviews, some were pretty bad so I was a little upset if the condo was that bad. They must of did updates because we loved the condo, the living space was super nice, the bathrooms had to be updated and the Bedrooms were nice as well! The kitchen needs some work but would not stop us from staying there again. There is a rug out on the patio that needs to be removed, it’s full of mold and I notice that most condos do not have them.
