We offer both a drip coffeemaker and Keurig The ground level floor has a ping pong table for all to enjoy and is just steps away from the oversized private pool and deck. The pool deck features sun loungers, a dining table, a Weber 3 burner grill, and a nice grassy courtyard style backyard overlooking the lagoon. Once inside this elegant home, on the main level you will find an exquisite top of the line kitchen, sure to bring out the chef in everyone . The kitchen features high end cabinetry and the highest quality stainless steel appliances, including a double oven. This floor features an open concept living room with a new tan leather sectional sofa (December 2025) and dining area with 12 foot wide glass sliders that open onto an enormous deck flanked by cozy furniture and views down the lagoon. Also located on the main floor is a secondary master suite with king bed, large bath and flat screen television. As you travel up the staircase to the 3rd level, you come to 3 of the home's 5 bedrooms. This floor also includes a Master King Bedroom suite with a flat screen television plus a large spa like private bath. This master suite has a private entry door to a covered porch which overlooks the lagoon and is a perfect spot to sip your morning coffee. The master also has a pack and play crib with mattress, sheets and crib pillow. Down the hall you will find two other bedrooms; one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds. Both rooms have flat screen television and a shared full bathroom with a tiled shower. There is a full size laundry room on this level as well. The 4th floor is home to an enormous bedroom with two queen beds, a twin daybed with a pull out twin trundle, and a flat screen television. This room also has bean bag chairs for lounging and would be a great space for a family with children or group of teens. Opposite this top level room is a TV / Recreation room with a couch, foosball table, games and flat screen television. This home is the perfect vacation spot, as it is only a short walk to the beach, Adventure Cove Putt Putt and Arcade and the local beach bar on the sand, Jamaica Joez. Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo. Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability. Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis. Folly Field Beach Park: Folly Field Beach Park is a gorgeous stretch of shoreline that is known informally by residents and long-time visitors alike as a "local's beach." Seldom overcrowded, with parking spots that are almost hidden by a line of live oaks and squat Palmettos, the park is a favorite for new and seasoned vacationers alike, and features ample stretches of shoreline located just a stone's throw from the wooded park's entrance. The park features restrooms and outdoor showers. A short boardwalk connects the main parking area with the shoreline, and "beach matting" Is laid down at the end of the boardwalk seasonally, making the route to the shore handicapped accessible. Seasonal lifeguards are also on site, generally from Memorial Day until Labor Day. Folly Field Beach Park is well-known in local circles as a gorgeous, and very convenient, beach access point, and newcomers would do well to find this almost secretive spot for a fun day at the seashore. With a fantastic, close to the oceanfront locale, and all the little amenities beach-goers need for an extended afternoon or daylong stay, Folly Field Beach Park is a perfect example of Hilton Head Island's longstanding reputation as a gorgeous, and generally sparsely populated beach town. There was plenty of room for me and my husband, our daughter, and our three sons. We stayed for nine days, many of which they had additional cousins over for sleepovers. The pool was the perfect size for them to splash around in without us parents having to worry. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the supplies you’ll need to cook, serve, and eat. The table was huge, with many seats for all the kids and adults. The view from the balcony was also very pretty, day and night. It was our first time in Hilton Head, the location was perfect. We could walk, bike, or golf cart to the beach in five minutes or less. Shipping and restaurants were very close as well, in addition to grocery stores and pharmacies. Its super clean, well organized and furnishings are comfortable. The home itself is beautiful. We had a few minor problems but the mgmt company addressed them right away (key pads on front door and one toilet flushing mechanism). There were 8 adults and two infants and there was more than enough rooms, beds and bathrooms-set up was perfect for us. The pool was lovely although the pool area could have been a little cleaner. We had such a great time cooking together. So many rentals have big beautiful kitchens but hamper you with limited kitchen items. The owners must also be chefs because all the tools you need are there, in their labeled spots, and the knives are even sharp. The pool is the best because you can get sun or not because it is half covered and half open. We walked to the beach each morning for a beautiful sunrise and any type of beach chair you want is hanging in the garage. Comfy beds and pillows! Property manager very quick to respond to any queries. Very comfy beds, lots of towels & toiletry packs provided, lovely outlook onto the pond. Can recommend hiring bikes & cycling along the beach. Turtle nests on Folly Field Beach when we were there. Drove to Coligny Beach where we did a beach yoga class, a great way to start the day. A couple of Cool beach bars for sunset cocktails recommended in the book at the house. BBQ, swimming & Jigsaws, a perfect family & friends Holliday! It was very hot when we were there & the A/C in the house was great, perfect temperature & not noisy, lots of beach towels & equipment provided. Can also recommend hiring a pontoon boat to go & see the dolphins. Would definitely recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed. ##### Sandy B. The home's decor and furniture is top quality. Perfect location in Hilton Head as Folly Beach is not overcrowded. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. It's location was very convenient, allowing us to walk to the beach everyday.
