Su Casa is ideally located in Sea Pines, halfway between Harbour Town and the South Beach Marina. It's an easy 15-minute bike ride on the nearby bike paths to either, and just a five-minute ride to the beach.
The well-appointed 5 bedroom/5.5 bath luxury vacation home in Hilton Head has just been refurbished, and every bedroom has an HD TV and private bath. In addition, every bathroom has a skylight and glass enclosed shower or shower/bath combination.
As you enter the two-story property, you notice the Brazilian cherry hardwood floors that extend throughout the first floor. From there you enter the Great Room, with towering ceilings and a huge 60” HD TV. Continuing through the Great Room will lead you out onto the deck, with a private pool and beautiful views of the wooded landscape.
Adjacent to the Great Room is the eat-in kitchen, with modern stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and cherry cabinets. The kitchen table seats four, and there are four bar stools around the granite island, while the cherry dining room table easily seats ten. The kitchen is well stocked and extends into the light and airy Family Room, with a large-screen TV above the fireplace, a full size pull out sofa and huge windows looking out onto the pool and the woods.
Between the kitchen and dining room is a pantry with lots of glassware in the cabinets and a wood countertop/bar top. Just off the pantry is a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. The magnificent master bedroom suite on the first floor has a king bed, a desk, a large-screen TV and a big walk-in closet. The master bath is marble and cherry and has a jetted spa-like tub and huge marble shower.
A second bedroom on the first floor features a king bed and a large walk-in shower. Upstairs are three more bedrooms, including another king suite and one queen suite. The fifth bedroom is a kid's delight, with a twin over full bunk, in addition to another twin bed, the room will sleep four children comfortably. Just outside that bedroom is a cozy TV room with an HD flat screen, ideal for setting up video games or just watching TV or your DVDs. A second laundry room, also with full-size washer and dryer, is just off the upstairs TV room, so you don't have to haul all your laundry downstairs. Outside, the deck has plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture, including loungers surrounding the pool to catch the sun. The setting is very private, with woods behind the property.
