Easily walkable to downtown, the house is roomy and quiet, with a comfortable bed and ample space for two. Downtown was full of options for food, and we especially liked Alljoy Donuts and Okan. Folks should know, however, that this is a shared property with an apartment upstairs and behind the rental space. Also, rainy weather made messy entry and the "steps" leading to door were pieces of plywood. Owners really need to address this with real steps or pavers. Space was clean and convenient to downtown. No problems with neighbors at all, just footstep noise with others living over the top. Overall, great rating-just info to share for anyone not wanting shared space.
