Large Golf Course Villa with Lots of Space for Everyone!

  • Spread out with your family in this three bedroom villa located on George Fazio Championship Golf Course!

    The first floor contains the kitchen, living and dining areas. The kitchen is nicely appointed with custom cabinetry, granite countertops and comes fully-equipped with everything you'll need to cook for your family. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and comfortably seats six. The kitchen bar seats an additional two.

    The living room is large and features plenty of furniture for the whole family along with an HDTV and slider to your private deck area. Upstairs are the three bedrooms.

    The Primary bedroom has a king bed, HDTV and en-suite Primary bathroom. In addition to the king bed, the primary bedroom also has a trundle bed with a twin bed slide-out. This would potentially sleep an additional two guests. The Primary bathroom has an updated vanity and tiled tub and shower combination. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, HDTV and private balcony to enjoy a morning coffee. The last guest bedroom has two twins. The guest bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom between them. Outside you'll be taking in views of the George Fazio golf course with your lounger and outdoor dining area! The Fazio private community pool is also just steps away!

    The beach is accessed by a short walk, even shorter bike ride or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy, which is an on-call and seasonal shuttle service within Palmetto Dunes. There are several walking/biking beach access points including Disney's beach access. Guests staying with Palmetto Dunes can enjoy discounts at all three championship golf courses, Outfitters bike shop, Dunes House Oceanfront restaurant and even two free hours of tennis or pickleball court time (first come, first served)!

    Outdoor grills are not permitted. The neighborhood does not have a community grill.

Great location

We had a fantastic time here, Palmetto dunes is such a fun location for families. We rented bikes, played pickleball and tennis, hung out on the nearby beach and swam in the pool which was right next-door. We normally would play golf also but ran out of time. We can’t wait to come back again. Condo was well-equipped, clean, and roomy. The only suggestion I would have which is small, would be to have some basic spices like salt and pepper etc. so that if you are there for a short stay you don’t have to load up on everything in order to cook a meal.

Golf Course View Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit had a nice view and was quiet and peaceful. The master bathroom had a very musty, moldy smell to it but if you kept the fan running it was tolerable. The kitchen needs updating, but it is a nice unit with a good location. The reservations experience was pleasant and I spoke with nice representatives. Unfortunately that did not extend throughout the stay and we found PD agents quite rude in subsequent interactions. It really seemed like they didn't like their jobs very much. Still, we had a nice stay until the last moment when we were packing everything up by the front door and going through the list of household chores we were required to complete before departure. The doorbell rang at 9:55 am and the maid asked why we were still there. I called PD and again reached a rude agent who said we needed to get out by 10:00. It wasn't yet 10:00 and even so, we should not be harassed to "get out." We were moving along and no guest should feel pushed out the door - it ended up leaving us with an overall unpleasant feeling about our stay and not wishing to return. How guests leave is crucial in retaining loyalty - you might want to keep that in mind.
