Sea Pines is our favorite area in HHI. This was our first staying at the Harbourtown villas, nice location, relatively close to everything and adjacent to the golf course, nice! This particular villa is comfortable and spacious, but needs some serious remodeling. We understand that it is a pet friendly unit, but it is not just the furniture that looks run down it's the whole place. The mattresses need to be replaced, specially the one in the master bedroom; the bathrooms are old and need repairs, the house needs new paint, i would suggest a full remodeling if they want to continue renting it. It was great having the beach chairs, and bikes available at the property. The interactions with the management team were prompt and professional. ##### Sandy M. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Heritage Villas. The townhome was in the back corner of the unit which we liked. The villa was beautiful and clean. The 2 1/2 bathrooms were nice since there are 3 in my party. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. We loved staying at Seapines. It is about a 1/4 walk to HarbourTown which we loved. The pool was great! Communication was great from purchase to checkout. Will definitely consider staying here in future! Thanks! ##### Sean N. I wasn’t aware that our pass wouldn’t allow parking at the beach club until 3pm. The trolley is fine, but shuts down at 5\. Hard to bike with chairs, bags and cooler. Very close to harbor town! We also took advantage of the bikes they provided and rode all around Sea Pines. The beach is about 2 miles on bike! Which is not far at all.
